IMM, CU Direct Partner on Integration to the Lending 360 Loan Origination System

Partnership creates seamless electronic loan application & processing, complete with eSignatures

LINDEN, NJ., May 10, 2016

IMM, a provider of eTransaction automation for the modern business enterprise, announced that its eSignature capabilities are fully integrated with CU Direct’s Lending 360 loan origination and account enrollment platform.

Rivermark Community Credit Union has partnered with IMM for eSignatures since 2000. The $741 million-asset credit union decided to move all consumer loan origination processing to the Lending 360 platform and wanted to maintain its IMM eSignature experience during this transition. Gayle Rust Gustafson, vice president lending, explained, “Being known for ease and convenience is essential to Rivermark, and our loan experience fulfills that for members. We recommend our members eSign for loans, whether they are completing documents in-branch or remotely. Most of our loans today are done via eSignature, enabling members to sign for a loan wherever they are, without having to drive to a branch.”

Recognized as an industry-leading loan origination system (LOS), Lending 360 offers a dynamic user experience for both employees and credit union members, creating a faster, more intuitive loan process. The system offers a powerful and configurable workflow engine, providing credit unions with a single platform that effectively supports application processing activity across all consumer lending channels. Integrating IMM’s eSignature technology expands the platform’s connectivity to third parties in support of more streamlined origination, underwriting, processing and disbursement. The partnership also provides an additional integration point for IMM credit unions to take advantage of its eSignature technology for in-person and remote signing events.

Paul Kirkbride, SVP of Credit Union Solutions for CU Direct, noted that, “Credit unions must be focused on simplifying the member experience, making eSignature functionality an essential part of the loan transaction process. By partnering with IMM to integrate its dynamic eSignature technology into our Lending 360 platform, we are able to provide credit unions with a streamlined, highly efficient loan process.”

“Rivermark has been a valued customer for more than 15 years, and we’re pleased that the credit union chose to continue leveraging our eSignature capabilities. We appreciate the opportunity to integrate with any third party, as in this new relationship with CU Direct, to help make our customers’ conversion to another LOS or core as simple and effective as possible,” added Steve LaCarter, vice president of business development.
