CU Direct’s Board Election Results and New Officers Announced During CUSO’s Annual Credit Union Lending Conference

CU Direct Corporation (www.cudirect.com), the nation’s leading provider of lending solutions to the credit union industry, has announced the results of its board of directors and new officers elections during the CUSO’s annual lending conference this week in Las Vegas.
Results of board and officer elections were announced during CU Direct’s Annual Shareholders Meeting held on May 21st at the conference.
CU Direct’s shareholders re-elected both John Lund, president and CEO of America First Credit Union, and Nader Moghaddam, president & CEO, Financial Partners Credit Union, to new three year board terms. Company shareholders also elected Chuck Purvis, president and CEO of Coastal Federal Credit Union, to his first term as a director on the board. Previously, Purvis served on the board as an associate director.
CU Direct’s board of directors elected John Lund as the new chairman of CU Direct during its officers election. Lund has served on CU Direct’s board since 2005. The company’s board of directors also elected Jeff March, president and CEO of Citadel Credit Union, as vice chairman of the board, and Nader Moghaddam as the board’s secretary and treasurer.
During the company’s shareholder’s meeting, CU Direct’s president and CEO, Tony Boutelle and the board of directors recognized outgoing chairman, Joe Brancucci, president and CEO of GTE Financial for his leadership, dedication and distinguished service as chairman of the board from 2011-2013. Brancucci, who has served on CU Direct’s board since 2004, will continue to serve in his new position as Ex-Officio on the board.
Also serving on CU Direct’s board of directors are: Diana Dykstra, president and CEO, California Credit Union League; David Reynolds, CEO, Security Service Federal Credit Union; Barry Jolette, president and CEO, San Mateo Credit Union; Sterling Nielsen, president and CEO, Mountain America Credit Union; and Donna Bland, president and CEO, Golden 1 Credit Union.
